Damn, those are two great wine sites there BrandOn. Exposed me to a whole lot of stuff I haven't even considered before. The food/wine combinations that they expouse are pretty radical for the wine world.

I wonder how the folks in France are going to be able to handle such a well thought out, intellectual and revolutionary concept.
