On Paul Markham Content (http://www.paulmarkham.com) we do it like this.

Deals are 10 sets for $300 if you buy over $500 a further discount kicks in automatically. The same discount is availabe to everyone, we do not do a deal with everyone to stop the content being over sold. This content can't be given to affiliates.

We have the less good content. 50 sets for $300 and you can give the content to affiliates, but not the IDs. I'm not having models details spread around the Internet.

We can make a deal for an exclusive shoot, but you will have to pay extra for someone to shave his back. And I'm not sure where to go to buy wardrobe in sizes quite that large. Is there a plus size lingerie store? Victoria's BIG Secret?

There may be a clean up fee as well, as I'm sure Richard N. Bush will be puking bacon and pie up all over the place while trying to shoot it...
