I see this bounty thing being used as a way to get someone fucked by a spammer.

Spammers would hit a program for months at end, it would be on the program to prove it's innocence.

I imagine one way is to say I'm not making any money on it, but that would be hard to detect if it's being sent straigt with no affliiate codes.

Hell, even exit consoles would have to be counted in as income from spam.

Yes, this can be used as a weapon.

Glad I do webmaster relations nowadays. :)
