Check this one out Peaches..

http://www.innmarketing.com/listing.php/443/

Each of the three floors is 4500 sq feet.. Also has a basement that is probably another 4500 so its about 18,000 square feet.. The golf coarse is for sale seperately.. Its cheaper than the one you posted.

Great house...I wouldn't mind living in the sticks..as long as there is a town nearby that I can get just anything I need I'm all for it...I'm tired of living in dumps like Vegas that are overcrowded, over priced and not half the value they are charging.

WOW! That place is beautiful! Yes, it's less expensive, but mine has less upkeep, hehehe

The only thing I don't like about yours is "Remember that this Inn is located within an area comprising over 3 million people, all with a 70 mile radius." Too many people. B)

I'd invite you when I buy it, but there are probably no all night diners or Brazillian steak houses. :nyanya:

It's a sickness - looking at houses and property I'd love to live in, knowing I never will.

After writing that, I realized how close to being my porn it really is, lol! :P

I'll sell you my house up here when I leave.....went to the Walmonstrosity today - a health food store, game room and home loan place have signs up and they're building something else towards the north end of the development. Although I DO hope that's the Sonic :P

Oh yes, peanut butter fudge shakes from Sonic are another FFN staple....

You're elevation aint high enough for me...I like to be on top of the mountain...makes it easier to repel trespassers, revenuers and 2257 auditors.

However, we could probably turn it into a camgirl site of some sort....backwoods honeys or something like that. We'll need an in over at Wal-mart to help us recruit, when does the boy get his first leave? :P

I'm a fan of the chocolate cream pie shake :inlove:

How far up do you need to be??!! I'm not on the ridge (which has the highest elevation in town, IIRC) but I'm not exactly at sealevel. :) Here's a picture from the top of my street - my property starts about 20 feet down (it's really strange looking at that from the winter knowing how green everything is now!):

http://www.onlinebeach.com/street.jpg

Plus, no one ever comes drives there, it's the ultimate in privacy which is why I bought it. Even when the OSI guy came to interview me for CT's security clearance he parked at the top and walked :)

Nice view.. I miss the mountains. I've got lots of trees and hills but I've gotta drive about 20 minutes to get on a mountain.

Since I'm at the bottom of that hill, my view is OK - there are some trees I could "trim" that would make it a LOT better....... :P but I wanted to be on the water.

If I decide to stay here, I'd like to eventually build some sort of gazebo or even a small guest house at the top of the hill :)

Wig's view is AWESOME!

Since the eruption would be 2500 times more powerful than Mt. St. Helens, my guess would be that we're all too close.

That east coast thing is kinda scary. It would seem to make sense if we could manipulate the ridge slowly over time to break up and not make a huge tsunami.

Nice place Peaches.

One day, when I can make a little money in this business, it would be nice to have a place to go to during the summers. In-laws have a nice place in Tahoe....
