I get a new letter today from the IRS about my $11.81 I owe.

"We appplied $140.95 of the overpaid tax on your 1993 Tax Return to the unpaid balance of other federal taxes which our records show you owe"

what the fuck! if i owe money from previous taxes, why didn't they send me a check. It looks like i got double reverse shaved.
