1) I have no idea,
I haven't seen SSS, Inc checks for 5 years since I moved to Florida,
I have Ken Lawson model,
other corporations manage my corporate affairs for a fee.

2) I see that I have to spell it, your education can't allow you to connect the dots yourself:
your Canadien corporation is OFFSHORE as far as US tax laws are concerned
