Moving up the Handover, was a very smart thing. There is NO way they could insure safety for the announced date......

CNN has to hate it.......

Looks like a good move to me.

Of course in reality nothing changes much, only in perception.

Hopefully the Iraqies can make good on this opportunity.

Meni can you produce any evidence from anyone BEFORE the start of the war that stated Iraq had NO WMD? The UN, Russia, France, Denmark, Pakistan, EVERYONE thought Saddam had chemical weapons. We know he had them in the past and USED them.

Do you know of any construction company that can handle global projects like Halliburton? There are only 3-4 companies in the world who can handle these huge international projects.
