The Dali museum in Tampa I assume. Love that place, been before.

Dali is such a total experience. Everything from his ego, self-sensationalized lifestyle and dysfuntional heterosexual life to his relationship with one of Spain's great poets which influenced the early pieces he created; until NYC of course.

The man is a marvel. But there will always be critics. Those whom despised Freud topping the list. It is always a matter of taking something and keeping it in perspective, and disallowing current times and agendas to effect the past; it should always be the other way around.

When you walk into the museum, you have to almost lose focus in order to regain his perspective and see the visual stimulus. I have a difficult time seeing or deciphering patterns. Some people just have that knack, mine is more with words and less with visuals.

My family is in Tampa. I do need to come down, but you would be far better off taking a tour of the museum, it is much more coherent and fascinating than anything a guy of my low intellect could conjure up.

But when I do come, you can certainly help me by giving me a strip club education. My overly-eager ass always runs happy with the first stripper. I need some buddist instincts. Patience. Or I just need to not have cash on me :)

Dali is fascinating, but I am sadly always a sucker for girls named Saphire dancing with poles.
