What's the commission?

I can pass it on to a few people who, if motivated, could even find out where I live.

Steve,
listen to me and listen GOOD.
This is not a fuckin' joke,
I have friends and I am 1/2 way to him already.
I don't rely on amateurs and idiots,
therefore-
FUCK OFF when you see the REAL business discussed.

Did I make myself clear?

I killed a thread at gfy with this story :biglaugh:

my business partner told me a story a few months ago that stuck with me about one of his friends who was buying a several million dollar property from a real estate agent. The agent said to him "Carpark isn't included but what's $20k when you are spending this much". He walked out and never bought the place ... he told the guy that if he let people disrespect amounts of $20k like that, he wouldn't be in a position to buy the property in the first place.

I couldn't agree more... Doesn't matter the amount, respect is what's important. Having a smart attitude about money, any amount, is what gets you ahead. Not just the HAVING. I've seen guys piss through a million dollar lottery win in a few days and they end up with nothing to show for it. All because they said "Oh, it's only $20k!"

I see them around no more, declaring bancrupcy wasn't fun.

I lost 20K or more two weeks ago. It is no joke. Not the end of the world but it could interfere with going to Patagonia. I don't just write that shit off.
