I don't think anyone could seriously expect to sell a domain for that price…

I wouldn't even by an established site with 600 members and a shit hot domain name for that price

Now there's the love I was looking for :bjump:

Yea, that was me on eBay back in March, the $375,000 was the "buy-it-now" price, the actual reserve price was much lower. B)

Putting together a down payment for a house so as Eminem would say "I'm cleanin' out my closet". I love my in-laws, but living in their garage is getting a little old. LOL

By the way, I love the board now! Not that I didn't love it before, but all the bells and whistles are pretty cool.

How many type-ins a day does it get Mike?

I cannot see this domains being worth more then low 4 figures.

Good to see you around Mike!

Hey Mike, Great to hear from you!

I don't think it really gets any type-ins worth noting.

It's really kind of a concept domain which might be valuable in the hands of a "Seventeen Magazine" or someone like that.

The prom business itself, as I'm sure you might know, rakes in hundreds of millions a year, so that's the target.

I was hoping to get $25k to $50k at some point, just need to find the right buyer ;)

Hope you're doing well, and thanks again for the reply :)

I don't know about that...

you'll notice the owner of promdresses.com hasn't found that type of buyer yet either. if I were you i'd take anything 3k+ or hold it down for several years (i'm doing this with a very good domain that I havent gotten the high bid i'm looking for yet).
