God willin' and the creek don't rise, that's when I'll be headed to Biloxi to see the kid for his birthday :) I'm taking a couple of his friends with me and will more than likely be driving since it's just about 7 hours each way. When you get used to driving 12 hours each way to the Outer Banks WITH two hyper dogs, 7 hours with 2 sleeping 21 and 22 year olds seems to be a breeze :okthumb:

If anyone can get there that weekend, it would be great to see you :)

Haven't gotten that far yet......Since I'll be with 2 kids, I'm probably looking for a suite type place. Cheap. :okthumb:

Or I can get myself a really nice room and put them in a Motel 6 :)

You could hire the Gonzo Pet Sitting service.

Though be warned, if you have a "parrot" it's going to being saying "COCKSUCKER!" when you get back.

If any of the FFN's hit town, you'll find us at the Beau Rivage.

All of those other hotels and casinos scare me.

There was an NYPD Blue episode where Sipowitz (sp) taught the bosses bird to say "douchbag" :P

Every time I see "Beau Rivage", it reminds me of 3 of my HS/college buds who had a townhome in the Beau Rivage apartments off Roswell Road off Azalea. Wild, wild times were had there....and I still remember the time I was so drunk one of the guys made me go into his room, lock the door and told me not to let ANYONE in, including him, because someone was going to try and take advantage of me. :P

Good grief, it's $225 a night. :( Can we all stay with you? :)

Damn...their weekend rate is $225 in summer? Geez....

The last and only time we were there, I think we only paid like $350 for the largest suite they have, but that was mid-week.

There's always the "Gator McCluskey Suite" over the Imperial Palace Biloxi....

4th of July weekend is even less than that weekend :(

I won't do the Wicker Palace after the experience in Vegas, but I did see some suite places for around $125-150.

I'm telling ya....those hotels scare me.

Ever ventured into the downtown hotels in Vegas? Or even the Frontier or Riviera? The crowds in there would be the upscale guests in Biloxi.

I mean, if you pick up a change cup at the slot machines, be sure to look in it before you drop your coins in because someone may have been using it as a spit cup for their chaw.

Wow, I would LOVE to see the three of you! I haven't seen Dee in over a year and I've never seen Caitlin (sp) :(
