It's way too soon to make such a blanket statement about the incident. Immediatley jumping to the conclusion that it was a wedding party is just as stupid as immediately assuming they were all bad guys.

Besides, that won't be be a carreer ending statement. Undoubtedly there are six or seven enlisted people who will be courts-martialed first.

it is absurd to characterize and entire nation of people as "bad guys".

one might however characterize people who cluster in groups in the middle of the night and fire automatic weapons into the air knowing that military air patrols are flying above and looking for exact such things to shoot back at, while knowing their country is at war.... as being a little careless.
