If you read, let me know how it is.

I liked Moynihan. He was very rare..... and honest liberal. Honest about being a liberal, and giving knowing when to not stick to liberal doctrine's when they have proven to be failures.

He was a wise man, and very funny. I remember him on the Sunday morning talk shows.... always a good guest.

I'll order the book later. Probably read it next week. Interested in his views on the UN.

Mike if you really mean and know what you're talking about there, then I'd like to get your take on Pierre Trudeau sometime.

I read Tip O'Neill's about a decade ago. Still ranks among one of the best autobiographies I've read. Just a very interesting book and man, with great stories well told, and it sounds exactly like him. "Man of the House."

I do. In fact, my family comes from Canada on my mother's side and their last name is Trudeau. What do I think of Trudeau? I would LOVE to have a president like him for the US.
