Steve, the way Serge works,
and most know it by now,
1) I let you take what you think is rightfully yours
2) I let you develop it and get traffic to it
3) I give you the offer you can't refuse:
either give it back to me or spend every cent this property makews on the law suit.


so far, I have no problems with anybody,
wanna be the first one to just say NO to my generous offer???
