I am in no way affiliated, and this is not spam, it is just something I ran across, that I thought may be of some use to you for those times you are on the road away from your normal supplier.

also have you ever tried JEKEL wine out of the monterey bay area?

Joe, thanks but...

they are NOT high end retailers,

2001 Torciano Cabernet Sauvignon del Veneto

Retail Price: $15.00
Our Price: $13.50

Dry with good body and flavors of blackberries and bramble on the palate with a persistent, long finish. Serve with roasted red meats and seasoned cheeses.

was a real LOUSY year in Italian wines, they are not very selective.

I can get _those_ wines at Publix,
the wine should be REAL outstanding for me to bother ordfering it online/phone

still no go...
I pay considerably less with Jakob Gerhardt....
plus...

I do not trust anything older than 1996,
storing wine properly is an art,
especially in Florida

I don't know. I've always enjoyed the taste of brambles.
