How many of you actually judge someone's standing in this biz by post counts on your particular board of choice?

Damn, I've been in this for near on 5 years now and I didn't EVER post for the first 2 of that.

For the next 2 I generally lurked and read, but hardly posted.

It's probably only been the last 6 months that I have frequently posted on other boards, and even though I read here often, I didn't post.

Now the funny thing about all of that is I would not even consider myself to be in the same Zip code a the real players in this game, and let me tell you, there are more big time operators who don't post or post fuck all than there is that do post often and lots.

Judging a post count is akin to judging a book by it's cover.

On that, if you ever did with say, Serge and ScottyPB come to mind, it would be more fool you.

No offence, but neither of them look half as smart as they really are.

Come to think of it, neither do I.

I'm not sure yet about Florida...it's so close to the due date of the new baby, but will have to see how that goes, otherwise will be January for sure.

Wedding with Elvis, huh? Ya know I have a small side business doing spceialty wedding DVD's (taking wedding videos and putting them on DVD with animated menus, chapter breaks, slideshows and even voice-overs (kind of like commentary tracks).

1. I did apologize to both yourself and Lisa from PMB at the time for the offensive behaviour of other attendees.. that sort of behaviour was reprehensible and also the biggest reason that was the LAST time I organized anything - TOO many wankers in this biz..

2. Also, if you look at my post, the "idiots" line was directed firmly at those other posts with reference to the Australian Porn Mafia (APM) - NOT at you and others. Apologies if that came across wrong in the post.

3. For a couple of years I had nothing to say, now, with a new program and a new focus I do, hence why I am here and elsewhere.

4. The ICQ is hardly brand new.. been using that for over 18 months now.

5. I don't have to explain myself to anyone, except my friends, partners and affiliates. Besides, it's fun to have a play around.

Don't take it all so seriously, you are way to good an operator for that.
