Serge,

That stuff is pure EVIL....we'll it's evil when you decide to have some after drinking vodka all day ("The Day that NEVER Happened" as we like to call that one) or as we did in Canada once after drinking Gibsons rye whiskey all night. Anyway, sounds like your in for an insane Saturday evening :hic:

The only side effect I can think of is I woke up 3:30 in AM

I found it at the local ABC Liquer, at "international" section, where they sell Averna, Jagermaister, Campari and other "exotic" drinks..

it's called:
Absente, about $40 per bottle, and if it's sold in a box- it has Van Gogh portrait on it
;-)

Great link JohnV - thanks

What does absinthe do to you?
Absinthe is a strong alcoholic beverage.

Absinthe can have an effect that has been described as a "clarity" and a full-body high.

Chemist and absinthe expert, T.A. Breaux describes it as a push-me, pull-you effect of the various herbs, some have a heightening effect while others have a lowering effect.

Vick, just keep in mind that the one we can buy in US and what guys drink in Canada- are two different drinks,
one has halucigens and another doesn't...we are CHEATED!
