what does FCC and Constitution have to do with Bush and Religion?

But this is nothing new.

The FCC is a non elected body, appointed by the president. If they want to keep their jobs, the enfore what the president wants enforced. It is perhaps the least democratic part of our government.

Now the FCC wants to regulate Sat and Cable because 85% of people have it, does not matter that you choose to buy it, and you choose the channels you watch, the FCC knows whats best for you and your family.

Personally I lost interest in the Stern show years ago.
