Special Info for tonights show

I have a few changes for tonights show that I need to let everyone know about.

1. Java chatroom is out. Its capped at 99 users and it fucks up a lot of peoples machines. So we are taking over the IRC chat room that PLR uses!
Thanks Dman! And thanks to Bishop for setting this up.

So you are going to need a IRC client if you dont already have one. I recommend mIRC...and Ill need to install in myself.

2. Kevin will be using the brand new WTS/ ACHDEBIT.com hotline instead of the Voice over IP network. We decided with his time table getting him to a computer might be iffy so he can call from anywhere. So we can't take your calls live as we had planned . But you can still prerecord your calls on the hot line at 1-877-442-0067.

3. This show is about Kevin and his side of the story and we have all agreed to not allow this to digress to a name calling match on the air. I'd hope that you that attend the chat room can do the same. If not... Sheriff Bishop will be in town.

4. On a final note our intent is to inform our listeners on all sides of any issue that we might address. The intent - as advertised - is for you the listener to make your own decisions. We are not providing a forum with the intent to be a judge, jury and executioner. I feel certain that this "feud" will continue far into the future until someone ends up fined and in jail. But for myself and hopefully the rest of yall this concludes on Oprano this evening.

For those of you out there that have posted saying that you feel like you wont get your money's worth or that you feel like you've been cheated. I say tune in and watch what happens. I assure you that we wont be giving each other a blow job on the air and slapping each other on the back and saying how cool the other is...Ill reserve that for other shows.

You won't ask for your money back by the time its over.

Last week CJ was "soft" (not very loud), until I mentioned it in the chat room, then someone tweaked something and her sound was fine.
Gonzo kept overloading the microphone though, I forget what you call it but it's when the speaker's voice has too much bass and it sounds like things are buzzing. Overmodulation I think?

Gonzo I don't see how anything can be cleared up tonight if Kevin's not allowed to discuss Confucy or the court cases as you've said his lawyers have decreed. We could get info on Kev's book, his company, etc - but unless his lawyers have loosened up, no Confucy. Am I mistaken?

Confucy, Peaches is right. If you *truly* wanted all of this to go away, you'd appear in court and present your side of things and get it all dropped. But you refuse to do that.
If you're so right and everyone else has wronged you, why won't you appear in court and say so? It's just silly to sit there all innocent and assume judge is going to telepathically know that you're this vicitimized angel. Not gonna happen. Taking that course of action won't do anything but have nice men in uniforms showing up at your door with some pretty bracelets for you to wear.

As far as "bullshit case" - a judge has sided with Kevin and Darci on every single issue. Even when Confucy tried to say she wasn't served the judge disagreed. In the US, I can't go and get a TRO tomorrow on just anyone I don't like, lol! You have to have proof of your charges. They did and the TRO was issued. :) When Confucy failed to honor the 2nd subpoena and appear in court, the judge, again, relying on the information given to him, issued the 3 year PRO.

Our court system probably isn't the greatest in the world, but usually where there's smoke, there's fire and the judge looked at the facts and made rulings.

We've watched her go after people for years. Finally someone fought back. :)

Confucy has had it out for Kevin for years. Heck, she wrote an 11 page letter to the FCC about him. She is not in any way, shape or form shy about trying to nail him to the wall.

She has said several times she's had dinner with an FBI agent, she's close to Kevin's attorney, she has "friends" in high places, etc. If ANYONE is trying to manipulate the legal system, it's HER! :P

Too bad the facts got in her way. :)

CJ if you've been called to court, there's always some type of "or else" that will happen if you don't show up. Get a warrant put out for your arrest, get fined, get called in contempt of court, get a summary judgement against you and a police record - all kinds of stuff.
So in my mind, I'd *have* to show up and present my side of the story, even if I were defending myself. The only way I wouldn't show up is if I hired a lawyer and the State said I didn't have to attend if my lawyer did (which was the case with a speeding ticket I rec'd once in Florida).

Someone making up bs stuff about you on the boards is one thing, but once the law gets involved you have to sit up and take notices or there are consequences.

If anything, I'm betting the parties involved wanted her to listen. B)

In addition, the phone and computer hacking accusations don't make sense. Everything Kevin and Darci have said regarding how they had their process server deliver her groceries DOES make sense. There was no reason to hack ANYTHING. :unsure: But I'm sure the FBI will clarify that since Confucy has already reported it. :rolleyes:
