I'm working on a low-end budget and don't want to spend a lot of money on pay-per click. Any suggestions on incoming traffic?

First thing you can do is set up a referal program so other webmasters can send you traffic.

You can also get some gallerys built for TGPs. You may want to build some yourself and submit them and see how your site does with the traffic.

Generate the traffic yourself by working on free listings. Get listed on the engines, submit to link list and tgps. Cost: Time.

Your going to find it difficult to get other affiliate programs to trade traffic with you when you first start out. You don't have any traffic to trade.. I would suggest making some friends and asking for favors till your on your feet.

you can get lots of traffic off the boards but....people should know you first,
make sure people know you BEFORE you invested money in affiliate proggy.

Yes buy. Obviously you get what you can for free. If you can make 3 cents for ever 2 cents you spend then you buy the hell out of it.
