The Georgia state senate outlawed female genital piercings.

Why is there always so much whacky news out of Georgia?

As I have said on other boards, please refer to Schoolhouse Rock - it is a bill, not a law. :awinky:

The original bill was to deal with female circumcisions. Then some rep from a small town decided to stick the amendment in regarding the female genitalia piercings. I daresay most of who voted didn't even read it, they were merely remembering the horrible testimony which prompted the original bill.

It won't pass, if for no other reason than it allows men to continue to get THEIR genitalia pierced

SC actually HAS a law that forbids getting or giving a tattoo. Floridians can't figure out how to place a vote. NC only allows alcohol sales after noon on Sunday - when the church crowd gets out. Vermont voted for a presidential candidate that wasn't running. Massachusetts keeps Ted Kennedy in office. You can marry at 14 in Alabama. By law you have to disclose if someone died in your house when you sell it in California.

Should I go on? B)

"funny" thing, the mother was brutally murdered by her son with scisors in the house my parents bought when I was a teen. It wasn't disclosed by the agent, but eh, we got it cheap because local people didnt want it.

No Ghost though :(

I don't trust Colin as far as I can throw him - as soon as he's got the time, I have a feeling I'm going to read about a lot of stupid "wacky" things we Georgians do.

You're not going bring up the fact that we Floridians have both Meni and Forest? Too easy?
