ARS is kissing goodbye to their old affiliates who have the major traffic. They are going down, and we all know it. Shaving less wont make an affiliate program anymore.

Fuck ARS and anyone who wants to send them traffic.


And yes, fyi, they are gettig sued by me. No one steals my money.

We started sending ARS some traffic way back when maxcash had the FTC problem.... they converted so bad for us that we dropped them after about 3 weeks... had the same problems with SIC as well so we dropped them also... maxcash still rocks though :okthumb:

Well ARS converted well in comparison back in the day.


Max cash has always done well, and has always had a professional crew. That goes without saying.

ARS is the kind of company that tries to "seem" professional. They did well before, but like I said, they are testing their affiliates and they are well on their way out now.

Well the two things I got out of the above post is that you are mad at ARS and that you want to sue us. Perhaps you can better explain exactly what you are pissed about so I can better address what's bothering you?

It takes 5 minutes to fill out a W-9 and fax it in ya know. That's the only other info ARS asked for that I ever heard and they're not the only sponsors to require it.

On a side note, pissing on boards is fun and it's meant to be fun, but business is private unless there's no other alternative. Sponsors pay attention to certain people, because they know those people won't go whining to boards over shit that can be taken care of privately and quickly. Forcing people to waste time on boards over idiotic shit won't ingraciate you to anyone.

It won't help you in anyway. It only makes people leary of dealing with you.

Since you're trying to reform your image - you probably know by now that knee-jerk pissed-off posts like this aren't gonna help you.
But, if you do end up talking to Becky and getting things worked out, a great big public apology and some crow-eating would help.

I know you watch the boards, when ARS asked the webmasters to fill out a tax form and send/fax it in, it was a big hubub all over the boards. For something like a month if you logged in to look at your stats, you couldn't do *anything* inside the ARS affiliate's area until you had read/downloaded that tax form and sent it in. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out and fax in, within a half hour my account was unlocked and I could access my stats again.
I *do* agree they should've been more aggressive letting webmasters know via email, though. To my knowledge I never got a notice about it in email; although it might've gotten caught up in the spam.

The only thing about ARS that I'm curious about now is that old gallery traffic isn't always being sent to FMAO as promised; quite a few times you get sent to another sponsor's site. No idea if you get credit for that or not.
