and as a fan of zombie movies, I give it a thumbs up.
I wasn't sure how it would be, but the whole combination of zombie gore, the editing, and the underlying soundtrack was outstanding for a remake.

If you like George A Romero's work, you should check it out. He oversaw the remake rights of this one.

I am not into most horror movies, but this one does look good....

When I get back from the Dominican Republic I will check it out!

I saw the first one back in high school. I remember it being funny more than gruesome. May have to see this one - seeing one once every 25 years isn't so bad :)

I don't want to see it. I've heard it's anti-semitic because the director's father is anti-semitic.

and since its making 300 million maybe mel has some to slide them?

After getting his with the Norwalk Virus this past weekend, I was praying for death and zombie resurrection.

I'm planning on checking out the movie this weekend, since "Jersey Girl" looks like total ass (ugh, Kevin Smith directing a chick flick...)
