yea no kidding, still converting too. a bit curious as to wether or not there was something in the contract regarding the use of discounted passes in conjunction with other sites....or maybe something along the lines of multi-site promotion that they are going to claim is the reason they can use the upsells.

would be interested in the results, and will be checking on wether or not they use their own affiliate program soon and/or if they are going to try to invalidate their current contract to do so

- won't hog the thread , wonder what other people think about it

This is going to be interesting. From what I can tell there's a lot of bad blood between the parties, both have been around for a long time (with HGV longer, from what I know) and both have the abilities to hire excellent attorneys. :unsure:

Even if Ron is no longer running/involved, it looks like it happened on his watch, which would probably make a him a party to the suit.

Hmmm...not familiar with the Cybererotica people.

But I've had a long relationship with Spike, Farrel, and Moffit.
I've never know the HGV crew to be honest, upright people and decent people.

I've been reading "things" "around" talking about the HGV people, and while I don't understand any of the arguments or situations, I would find it nearly impossible to see how HGV could have done anything wrong by accident, and certainly NEVER on purpose.

I have no reason to question their integrity, and quite frankly would stand on their side based purely on how they've treated us up to now, even if some kind of nonsense was put in front of me. (Which I doubt would be possible.)

Bah, everyone knew that FM selling everything off to another company and being hired to stay on "only as a consultant" until last June or so was total BS. Especially after he kept showing up long after his contract was supposed to have ended.

The only thing I'm curious about is... what the hell is this supposed to be?
