Got a new cell phone Friday, my old one bit the dust when it hit the ground one time too many --

This one's got 29 channels of TV on it for 10 bucks more a month, so now I wont bitch about sitting in stop and go traffic, I'll just watch tv ;)

Does the cell tower have a TV signal? I know the only TV stations I can pick up with the big assed antenna on the roof are in Tennessee - I can't imagine how a cell phone would pick anything up unless it was through the cell service.

So how do we route our AEBN upsell codes to that? B)

The channels include Discovery, MSNBC, Learning Channel, CNET, some sports and videos and so on -- the pictures pretty good, not jerky as long as you've got decent reception...

Peaches, the signal comes from something called MobiTV, and I'm guessing it definitely comes through the cell tower -- keep in mind that cell towers are fed by fiber optic cable just like the internet or land line phones -- and the cables basically work like a pipe -- the city pipe (ok, I know you dont have city water lol) is huge and will push a ton of water through it -- then it gets to your house and you've got a pressure regulator on it to keep your pipes from bursting -- this is the same thing that routers and switches do with fiber optic cable, since it's cheaper to use less of the available pipe if you don't need full blast --

Bishop, hit me up in icq, I know someone who has a live demo of what you are thinking --
