I myself am voting 1-5, as my girlfriend is no longer around (was always 15+ then). I can usually grab a random on the weekend, and a chick in my law class likes to rock and roll with me sometimes.

I've used it a few times, but with little noticeable assistance in sexual performance--my particular metabolism doesn't seem to do well with it; worse, my face turns red and my heart beats like crazy. I wish I COULD get better results from it, especially when doing more than one scene a day. Consequently, instead of pills, I rely on the visuals of the girl:-).
