"All Insite Adult webmaster programs are closed and the company is ceasing operations. All further communication will be conducted through our legal counsel. Affiliates can get detailed contact information by logging in to the webmaster area. "

The only thing in the affiliates area:

"Closing of Insite Adult Programs, 03-10-2004
The Insite Adult Program will be closed effective immediately. Any affiliate correspondence and communication on any subject regarding the program or the company will be handled by our legal council through email.
