They use geo-targetting to restrict access to certain countries...a proxy server will take you to the indexb page which tries to shove software up your computer's ass...

Hard to imagine why this is being done or why they are denying access from the U.S. ; I thought this was run by your old buddy, Serge...? These nameservers explain some the attempted downloads, though..
