why can't any of these three get along (except in short bursts)? is simple competition the cause, or does it have more to do with the intrinsic issues/problems involved with running popular message boards?

anyway, i find it fascinating. (cue serge's unnecessary cutdown).

it's elementary, watson...

Lens and Brad "little weasel" Shaw are EGOmaniacs.

I personally can't give a fuck about egos,
I am just into the money, that's all, I can't cash EGO at the bank
;-))))

Mayor has no Ego and the link exchange we have done with him
(see the red TEXT box above?)
was one of the best things happening at Oprano latetely
;-))))

Not "getting along" is good for page views. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. :P

People are retarded plain and simple.

I figure let them all battle it out, as people get pissed over ego's they can come to pimpboard.

After the smoke clears they will have been pimp'd and i'll be sitting with a smile.

If you are spending time paying a lot of attention to the competition then you have already lost... At least in my book you have.

It is well known that Brad has a lot of penis, and tries to make up for it in anyway he can. Look at his history of anytime he starts a new venture. It is easier for Brad to demonize his competition, create drama, and basicly act like a 12 year old kid who needs an ass kicking.

Brad's MO never changes.

Lensman, is more like an absentee landlord. He has other people handling GFY for him. He has grown up, at least he doesn't do DOS attacks anymore on competition ( or those who bad mouth him).

( Ed just incase lock down servers! :P )

May be speaking a little too early here but ....

What rubs wrong here is Brad's tendency to change sides so often

A year or so back it was all pissing (I was called not trustworthy just for being Mike and Serge's friend)

Then the winds changed and all was well between all parties

Now as it suits and things get more challenging shit starts

Business only - nothing personal

Gratitude has a very short shelf life - that's a given

But friendship beyond business ......... shouldn't have a short shelf life
at least from where I stand

In this case the money to be made from starting this piss/shit is most likely LESS than what could be made other ways

Hmmm is that the drawback from always copying ideas????

Vick,
I never was friends with Brad...never,
but MikeAI was,
Little Weasel celebrated New Year at Mike's house
http://www.oprano.com/reporter/year04/
just to stick it in to Mike 2 months later...

...and while asking me for help in his quest with Lens (which was granted)
he had the fuckin' nerve to badmouth me and Mike BEHIND OUR BACKS,
little weael has no clue that all comes back in the circles..

fuck the bastard, enough is enough.

I agree with that statement Vick. But people have different values than others.

A buck's life ends when you cash it in where as friendship should last a lifetime.

As far as the rest of this crap. I personally dont care.
I do find it curious that the allure of a DVD player would draw people to a person that has countless times before told them to shut up and that they have more money than they do.

But then again I dont get Brad "little weasel" Shaw either --- fly all the way out to Vegas....buy a booth. Dress in a business suit and not do any business.

Ill stick with a fur coat and bare belly!
