how to measure EFFECTIVENESS of the board/thread

normal active topic on active board gets 10 ratio of
views/posts
(8 posts minimum in the thread to qualify for the analysis)

above 12 is a raging success,
below 8 is a failure

of course, the longer the thread, the more accurate the measure of effectiveness.

..which is the reason I excluded threads with less than 8 posts,
fluctuations are too wild to be any good measure of anything
