Whoever said their billing was screwed up was right. :angry:
Got a "past due" notice today for $118 threatening me with a disconnect. This is the first thing I have ever received from them. It was dated March 4. I signed up Feb. 4. I pull up my "itemized" billing to see what they're charging me for and there's one bill there for 1/6-2/6 for $29.95 plus taxes and regulatory crap. No other bill.
First of all, there's no way I'm paying $35+ for 2 days usage and where the heck did they come up with the other $80+? :unsure:
I'm going to wait until I calm down a bit and call them tomorrow, but geeze. I'd heard about Cingular's billing problems and now I know why. I should have stuck with them through Tracfone. :(
