I have this pesky little $400/month money maker. It requires that I do about ten minutes of work a day. If I don't, there is $0. If I do, there is $400.

It's an annoyance and hardly seems worth the effort. However, $400/month is $4800/year.

It's not about the ten minutes. It's about the annoyance.

What would you do? Is it worth it or let it die?

hire somebody to do it for $150 a month and open 10 ventures like that...this is what I usually do, genious
;-)))
$250 a month times 12 for doing NOTHING is
$30,000 a year for doing..NOTHING

Hrmm. I wonder if that ten minutes is spent submitting to pic posts. That's exactly how long it took me to submit each day to get traffic to my portal. ;)

I agree with Serge - hire someone to do it, duplicate the damn thing a few times, sit back and enjoy the extra money for no work.
More incoming money streams are always a good thing!

I'll do whatever it is for half the profits.

That's $80 an hour.

That's enough money to present some options. If it is something that could be outsourced and/or duplicated Serge hit the nail on the head. Hire someone else to do it and build 10 more while they're at it.

Or better yet, automate it, but I'm guessing if that could be done, you would've already done it.

I'd say I'd do it for half the money but Chodadog beat me to it. Damn.

It can't be duplicated but it can be automated. Guess I'll do it in the next few days and get it over with.

I'm curious, though. Say you have two incomes that look like this:

1. 90% of your income. 80% of your effort
2. 10% of your income. 20% of your effort

When is enough enough?

How about this?

1. 90% of your income. 50% of your effort
2. 10% of your income. 50% of your effort
