Murder is against US laws. Hiring assasin in Canada is violation of US law.

Spamming is against US law. Is hirinf spammer in Canada legal as far as Unclke Sam is concerned?

I think we should bring this to the UN general assembly!!

They are experts at handing International disputes!

Serge, our federal government for the most part has treated the internet as "that thing we can't do anything about" and has left us to our own devices. They instead apply all the same laws the apply in the real world, life false advertising and misleading information.

Spam in and of itself isn't illegal from what I can tell (ask Nick or Anthony for more on that), but misleading information, etc might be an issue.

Not sure. I don't spam. :-)

I'm sure it is Serge.

Are you implying that Nick and Anthony are spammers?
I understood from them that they followed the rules outlined by the Can Spam Act.

Could I be wrong and was just told that to appease me? Who knows.

One thing though, murder isn't against the law in some instances.

I guess we would need to define the word murder and in what context is it being used.

Actually, I think you'll find that not all KILLING is against the law, but that murder (which is a form of killing defined under the law) is pretty much an illegal, as well as suocially unacceptable form of behavior.

Alex, my point exactly!
Nick doesn't violate local law, Alex from SanDiego does.

Serge, I don't have a copy of recent Nick / Anthony "commercial mailings", so I cannot comment on if they are breaking anything. If they are canspam 100% compliant, then it is only the content and products that would be important.

Thank you for that completely irrelevant piece of information.
