What is it your really asking?

The host of the shows are expected to self censor ... they will censor as they see fit. There is nothing like the FCC over internet radio. The only other group that might censor would be me or someone representing AEBN as it is being broadcast through us. Since the shows are usually live and not on a monitored delay pretty much anything goes. If someone was to get on the air and talk trash about the company that was providing them the ability to be on the air.. they probably wouldn't be given the ability to broadcast again. Aside from that obvious screwup.. people can say anything they want and as long as my mailbox doesn't blow up with complaints they are free to do whatever they want.

Nice attempt to poke....but your ignorance is showing...

The FCC can make and enforce rules on TV, radio and anything else that broadcasts thru the airwaves because they license those frequencies. If you want to keep your license to use the airwaves, you play by their rules.

The internet doesn't fall under their juristiction....so far. However, as Bishop already explained, in this case the broadcast medium is essentially owned by AEBN, so they make the rules.
