Then they turned us on to other people.

This money does not pertain to Adstats traffic. Nick claims 5 other well respected companies are shaving his joins. Funny how he left them out of it.

As a matter of fact he did not send one click to some of the sponsors that were suppossed to get traffic, but still decided to take the money.

Well a smart man would not jeopardize his family with shady practices even if it is to have him served. There is no harm in that. Maybe that will make his wife aware of what he is doing. For all I know, she is a nice person and doesn't know what he does and how he does it. I have no beef with his family. I have a beef with Nick so quit trying to make mountain out of a mole hill and instigating jibberish where it doesn't concern you.

Adstats was not that easy to get hooked up with is probably one reason.. They wanted 100+ daily joins minimum for a webmaster to have an account toward the end.

Also.. J&A probably setup largish pre-pay deals from places like orgasmcrash at $35 a join.. then go about buying the joins in smaller chunks from other people at $30, pre-paid..

(pre-pay Sucks Ass 80% of the time imho.. if you dont trust them to pay.. dont fucking send! Too often it ends up in arguments like this)

I don't know how familiar you are with the legal system, but if subpoenas were served at an office address only , then they would never be served. They refunded the money as a professional courtesy. Frankly it was not part of the deal and we did not ask for the money back. We would have much rather had the "joins" and continued a mutually profitable relationship!
