I have seen Nick accused of things he may have done. I've seen Nick accused of things he hadn't done. I've seen Nick pay back everyone or nearly everyone who was screwed by AdultTrafficPete at his own expense too.

In sum: "your own mileage may vary" and "past history is not necessarily an indicator of future performance." I will say one thing about Nick however. He's not going anywhere. He's been around to long for anyone to call him a fast buck and get out person. Since I know he intends to be around a long time, and that any business person with that expectation knows he has to make good in order to last ... Well, I guess that says it. The rest is up for interpretation.

We wouldn't have a problem if he had called us and said hey guys, I'm having a tough time getting you the money that is rightfully owed to you and I'll need a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted.

Instead Nick and Anthony ignore our phone calls or any other method of contact we have for them. We interpret that as buzz off, we have no intentions of paying.

A few people have owed us money in the past and they came across hard times as well but the difference is they stayed in contact with us and kept us informed. The final result is we were paid over time. To this day I would do business with them again.

I do not know what the gripe is here, but I assume it is something that has come up in the past week or so. If that is correct, then you guys brought this to the boards awful fucking quick.

Fact of the matter is that in this industry, most of the operations are quite small and are usually dependent on 2 or 3 key people. If you tamke one of those people out of the mix (in this case Ant) then the other people have to get up to snuff on what he was supposed to be doing. Since most deals are made via email, icq or phone, there is not always a great amount of documentation outside of the person's pda and icq logs for someone else to follow up on. Therefore, it is often the case that when something like this is happening it is best to wait for the person that made the deal to be actively involved before trying to figure out what is going on.

While Nick is a self professed scammer, I would trust him and Ant with my money ocver most of the supposed "professional" companies out there any day of the fucking week.

I do not know what the gripe is here, but I assume it is something that has come up in the past week or so. If that is correct, then you guys brought this to the boards awful fucking quick.

Fact of the matter is that in this industry, most of the operations are quite small and are usually dependent on 2 or 3 key people. If you tamke one of those people out of the mix (in this case Ant) then the other people have to get up to snuff on what he was supposed to be doing. Since most deals are made via email, icq or phone, there is not always a great amount of documentation outside of the person's pda and icq logs for someone else to follow up on. Therefore, it is often the case that when something like this is happening it is best to wait for the person that made the deal to be actively involved before trying to figure out what is going on.

While Nick is a self professed scammer, I would trust him and Ant with my money ocver most of the supposed "professional" companies out there any day of the fucking week.

When you make veiled threats of sending people over to someone's house, offering 5k reward for home address, it becomes personal.

I have been in and out of the office, Nick was kind enough to give me 2 weeks off, though when I get a chance, I try to get some work in. Closing an estate after the funeral, having my fiancee as executor of the will, who is to this day, a wreck, I took him up on his offer.

But let's go over this whole thing. We put up networks for your traffic that cost us money. I have time and time again, explained that to you. This was a personal favor and deal with one of your employees, on the side, where he could make some more money. No problems whatsover when I was dealing with him. Once it was taken from him and vended into JSA, all kinds of shit happened. Our traffic which does anywhere from 10 to 30 a day in sales, all the sudden when sent to another sponsor does over 27k clicks and 6 sales.

In good faith, we kept pushing our traffic from one of your contracts to the other. You, yourself told me of problems with one sponsor with their consoles and how it affected your program's traffic. One thing that almost every contract you sent us had in common, consoles on entry that on any given time, be a blur, or a on focus, which we got absolutely no credit for.

So, now I have a new network, which costs us 5 grand, and at the time, with no place to send the traffic too. Our email traffic, that converts anywhere from 1:85 to worst 285, which we were told, as per contract stats, converted around 1:3000+.

So we are left to hold the bag, for all exspenses we have put out, and traffic we have sent in good faith. You had no problem being our "partner" selling our traffic per signup to you at $20.00 to 25.00 per signup, which you then resold at 30 to 35. But then it's all relative right? If those converted like our original contract, we wouldn't have this big piss, and all parties would be happy. Since it's the same traffic, going to a different site that doesn't convert, it's every man for themselves.

This is why we do prepaids. We have done everything in our power to send our traffic, nothing changed from the bounce pages, except links.

Business is business. When you make a veiled threat post on a board, offering $5000.00 reward for a man's home address, where his pregnant wife and 3 children reside, you made it personal.

Sue us. Or better yet, send someone over.

Alex - if you feel that your in a strong enough position to pursue legal action against Nickatilynx I can vouch that his office address is a valid place to serve him papers. He has had that office for many years.. he is not going any place.

Regarding his home address.. I have his own address.. I wouldn't give it to you on my death bed. A man has a right to keep such things private if he sees fit. Regardless of who is right or wrong putting a bounty on someones home address is bullshit.

If you really got screwed then you should go after those that screwed you, but your doing it in the wrong way. You went to the boards to get their attention - to open up a line of communication. The street name is French however I am not...

You reference was interpreted as French people must be living on that street because the name of the street is French.

The proper context of my post was that there is a "french" named street in San Diego, California....

Therefore, my comment "Fucking French are everywhere"

If you interpreted that I was calling you French, then you have misinterpreted the proper contextual interpretation of my post which didn't need interpretation or translation because it was in English.......

Sides, calling you French would be a really big insult and I don't know you, so I wouldn't use that big of an insult at this point in our relationship... :okthumb:
