Lawyers will not STOP anyone trying to sue (or actually suing), but they certainly will RESPOND in a manner which points out inadequacies in claims against us - the basis of defendability in any legal action AND the basis to which court judges decide if anyone has a case to answer.

We follow our lawyer's advices (and we have several around the world) which allows us to operate confidently (but not arrogantly - hence my initial post edit). We have been in this biz for many years, and intend being here for many more.

How many people will believe this?

We have many who trust us and stand by our proven track record.

We pay and we keep people FULLY informed and we are ALWAYS available for questions or a chat - it is just the way we run our business.

Our credentials and actions in running our business stand for themselves, ask ANY webmaster who has sent us traffic - we hide nothing in the way we deal with them. Some may not be happy with results with us and move on, but you won't find any that were lied to, made false promises or led up garden paths.

So in short, some will believe, and some won't.

The only ones I care about are the ones who will because no matter what, it is impossible to make everyone happy all of the time, but we try.

As stated in earlier posts, I understand your position and respect your right to your opinion. There was a method behind the madness of this post, but unfortunately I choose not to share that reasoning in public.

In trying to answer your previous questions I have had to be purposefully evasive, for reasons that were also explicitly stated in previous posts. I would sorely LOVE to be explicit, but smart business is good business.

So if that all sounds evasive also there is good reason for it.

Useless to pay for advice and opinions if you don't consider them and their implications.

As I also said, you cannot make everyone happy all of the time, and I guess many like you will fall into that category, but I have appreciated your questions and opinions, and valued them enough to respond as well as I am able under the circumstances.
