The name of the site is http://www.vipstream.com and link codes can be found at wegcash.com.

EZCams is simply the product name for marketing purposes. The product is a part of the WEGCash family of products so it doesn't require a domain name.

EZCams is the name of the product. I was responding to the fact that we do not need the domain name, seeing it is a WEGCash product, rather than a stand alone.
