I was watching Good Eats the other day (I seriously love cooking shows) and he was grilling a leg of lamb. Looked awesome but I would never have the patience for it. However, I have the patience for eating it, so if I ever get down to FL, I'll enter a request. :)

Does it only work for leg of lamb or can I use it on any kind of meat like if I have my neighbor for dinner?

my husband makes the best lamb I have ever had. People come from around the world and the first thing they ask is if he will make them the lamb dish.

We'll be in London at the end of March...
if you can get me:
1) deboned leg of New Zealand lamb
2) fresh rosemary (mary part doesn't have to be 34d ;-)
3) fresh garlic
and BBQ rotisserie-
I am up to the challenge with your hubby!
;_)))

deboned isn't easy in the UK..though New Zealand lamb is available in any supermarket..they are a commonwealth country. Fresh herbs and garlic are also no problem is London. We have free veg markets in almost every town square.

My entire house is being ripped apart by builders from march to late april otherwise I would invite you over for the lamb :) I am going to have to figure out a way to stay on a diet whilst not having an oven at all to cook on until they are giving me the new kitchen I so richly deserve.

Hubby's recipe is an oven based one..would be interesting to taste the difference ;)
