I DID join 3 miles high club....LaPaz is 12,000 feet above sea level, you join the club either you like it or not

It's a barrel of gun powder which can blow at any moment.

wrong....60+ people died in few days in LaPaz in October...
It doesn't scare you because you haven't lived in "socialist paradise"...I did.
