That may be the first case in TX, but it's already been found in the US in Delaware, NJ and PA. :(

My theory is if I'm going to die, it might as well be caused by doing something I like. I refuse to change my eating habits. :P

If eating a duck could possibly kill you, why not just eat a lobster or a steak instead?

Why die to make a point? Especially the point that says "I'd rather be stubborn than sensible"?

If I like duck, I'm going to eat duck. Just like the Mad Cow scare hasn't stopped me from eating beef and PCBs in lobster doesn't keep me from eating them. :okthumb: Everything is dangerous to some extent and I choose to look at the statistics and base my decisions logically instead of based on hysteria. :)

BTW, the strain found in Texas was in chickens and doesn't affect humans. :awinky:

They've already gassed tens of thousands of chickens in Delaware, PA and Northern NJ.

A lot people I know have a heavy duty flu all of a sudden too. Kind of coincidental.

Wasn't this predicted as being a bad flu season long before the "bird flu" was found in the US?
