KK was one of the reasons I started processing with CCBill (that and dissatisfaction with IBill)

Not only has KK taken the time and effort to explain much about processing to many (myself including) even those who were not CCBill clients - the thought being knowing how processing works makes for a better industry ....

Mike is correct she took many arrows for CCBill in a straight forth stand up fashion, a turn in the hot seat can show how much "grace under pressure" and a good measure of one's character

I have worked for CCBILL since it started. This is a Family grown business not a Corp. They have learned and grown and improved 100 fold. This is a very solid upfront company that is going to be here till the end. K K was a very sweet person when she worked at CCBILL.

2 things before I go to bed:

1. CCBill is not likely to go out of business, suffer financial difficulties, get fined, have “issues” or anything else other than continue on a positive growth curve. This is only my opinion – and the opinion of most knowledgeable industry people – including the good people at Visa. This, lest you forget, is from a competitor. Every one of us here at Paycom/EPOCH respect and admire the Cadwell Family and their staff. So the news of any trouble is simply wrong. (I love you Hooper, but DAMN!) Competition is a good thing and competing with smart people that have a long-term view is just what this and other businesses need.

2. …and really more importantly from a personal point of view…

KK is as fine a human being as anyone would hope to meet, ever. She has impeccable taste, good judgment, a thoughtful and considerate manner (unless you piss her off) and more ethics in her little finger that Duke, Luke, Puke, whoever could ever conceive.

Kimmy honors all of us in this industry everyday through intelligent and thoughtful comments, suggestions and advice. I for one am proud that she chose to represent ePassporte and to spend her valuable time working with me on developing products and services to help the Webmaster community.

If I ever have the opportunity Duke to meet you, face to face, I am certain that after a fairly short conversation I could make you agree with my opinions. I also think that I could make you apologize to Kimmy for your crude, unwarranted, inaccurate and stupid remarks. You are a pathetic asshole and if I had any regard for you or your opinions I would feel sorry for you. I just hate that you have a “voice” that people listen to in this or any other business. You are just not very bright and you are certainly not well informed. Being mean and stupid is not a good thing, BTW.

The biggest mistake on CCBill's part wasn't hiring her, it was letting her go. I think she was a reason a lot of people went with CCBill for their processing.

The CCBill crew is still a second family to me, regardless of whether I work there or not. They are some of the nicest people in this business. If Luke has to use me in the same sentence as the rest of his tripe to get page views, it's really a sad state of affairs for him.

I love where I am now (and even the LA traffic doesn't bother me much -- yeah I never thought I'd say that lol) -- and I wouldn't change the things that got me here either...
