while were on the topic of outsourcing how many companies are? How do you find good people that don't waste your time and money?

The company I work uses them and they do a bang up job. There have been a couple of problems but when it comes right down to it they are very worth the cash and can put out a lot of good stuff. You do need to train them to do what you want specifically. But thats not bad considering what you get.
