Question: Password sites

[Playful Melissa]

Don't kill me for asking but I've been asked and since I don't deal in that area I thought I would ask the people who might know.

Do password sites still exist?
Do they make any money?

Now the really bad part- How do I get ahold of them for non adult traffic buy?
