Your days will never be the same...

I just wanted to formally announce that we are very close to start broadcasting shows from the new Oprano Radio network.

I wanted to give all of our sponsors a heads up if there is something your looking for hit me up on ICQ or email and we will try to take care of you.

I can tell you that its very possible that we will launch with a show a day when this finally is ready for the public.

Heres a partial list of whats "could" be in store.

Looks like CJ & I will have some sort of hard hitting sensationalized show. I wont give away the specific details but youll want to tune in just to hear us argue.

We have a proposed newbie focused show but the host of that show has not confirmed yet. This host has done a similar show in the past.

There will be a show focusing on the fetish niche and lifestyle with a webmistress running the controls.

Also proposed is a Amateur Roundup show focusing in out supporting our new board.

Darren Austin already has his show which we hope everyone will continue to check out.

Im waiting on confirmation for a Porn Star chat hosted by one of the Legends of Porn.


Plus I have a MAJOR show announcement coming at the end of the month.

Keep your eyes peeled for more details as we got em!

Yup.... I got OD'd on Internet radio a few years ago. But... with the NEW Darren Austin Show & this new Oprano Radio, I think might actually tune in because I *want* to! Sounds like you have some great things in the works guys - can't want to see/hear what you come up with!

WIth one exception [which we are holding back until the end of the month]
these shows are geared to a webmaster audience.

Keep this in mind when your making your pitch.
And if you want a show also keep in mind its a weekly commitment and NOT when you feel like it.

We have some volunteers to provide some ground support but you will need to be able to manage your own format...schedule your guests and you will need some additonal toys.

This service is using a shoutcast server so you will need winamp and the shoutcast plugin. Probably a speaker phone for your guests which also means you will probably need an extra phone line.

In extreme cases when you have a bitter Aussie co host...I may be able to provide a voice over IP solution for you to hook your cohost into the system. This is being tested this week as well if I can keep my NOC manager for disconnecting the porn rack from my network downtown.

Its going to be informative Im pretty sure on all aspects. Hopefully I can get a good test of the stream and the chat client by end of week and we can start moving toward production.

Feel free to post your ideas in the thread.
If your interested in a show email me....we got things to discuss before you make that commitment.

Personally Im very excited since we arent launching a show we are launching a network!

The cool thing is that when a live show isnt running archeives of different shows will be running so that something is always in stream.

We'd love to have you guys!

All the shows are in a holding pattern. A couple of tech issues.
My NOC manager keps turning off my Voice over IP server so I have to have a way to deal CJ into this without her having to call my house all the time. I think her boyfriend is ready to beat my ass after the ass biting comments.

And our technology partner is installing a new server so I have to test it properly.

Then we have advertising pricing and all of these folks that have expressed an interest in doing a show but I have to make sure they understand what that means.

In all reality...Feb. But we arent launching one or 2 shows its an entire network of shows with at least one live per day.

Why this week alone someone came out of the woodwork and expressed an interest in doing this. So we are trying to get started and the right way.
