Randy is a fave fighter of mine too! All the Team Quest guys rock. It is gonna be interesting to see how it does against Vitor Belfort this next UFC.

Last BJJ guy that Randy fought and lost to was Enson Inoue. Vitor Belfort was trained by one of the champions of the Gracie Family, Carlson Gracie. Jiu Jitsu Coupled with his great boxing skills, he's pretty formidable.

Can't wait to see it!

well if your MT is good you won't have to use takedowns, but I think I'll continue to rely on my BJJ ;)

I don't know what's wrong with the arm, hopefully the MRI will show something. There are no breaks in the bone, already had regular x-rays done so It's got to be a muscle tear. It got to the point where I was using my left arm to carry my numb right arm after every class, got to get it taken care of. Rener says it doesn't matter what the doc says, we're training anyways ;)

Just stuff the arm in my belt and rock on!

You can have him tapping out in under 30 seconds with ease with the proper training and diet.

The diet is most important....make sure you have lots and lots of garlic. Garlic on everything! Also, beans with every meal. And eat mexican food and onions every chance you get.

For training, you can do whatever physical activity you like, but here's the important part. Dont take a bath or shower for at least 2 weeks leading up to a match. And stay away from prissy products such as deodorants, colognes and anti-perspirents...
