The ACLU is still a group of lunatics.... Sometimes even lunatics get it right. ( I am not refering to the Rush thing as being right, but the ACLU has done a few good things over the past 50 years.)

And we've given those small brown people the chance to rid themselves of the biggest Weapon of Mass Destruction to ever threaten them... Saddam Hussein himself!

ACLU... they wouldn't be doing it if they didn't have to. There's no love loss there, but the case could set a legal precedent. They have no choice but to step in regardless of who it's for.
