how was the Players Ball?

Did not make it, I was at the Player Haters Ball at Cheetahs. Check out the pics:

So far I haven't talked to anyone who actually went. And the Players Ball booth looked totally dead everytime I saw it.

I know for a fact *some* people did go. We stayed in the Aladdin, so we walked by the entrance to the club it was in around 11ish or maybe a bit later, should've been prime time. Didn't see anyone in line I recognized.

Club didn't appear to be anywhere near full. But there was a line outside, if you could call it that, not very organized. Looked like about 50-75 people deep. After watching for a bit, I got the distinct impression they were holding people at the door and only letting a few in at a time to make sure they kept a line and make it look like a happening place.

That's just from a quick walk by the entrance though, would love to hear from someone who actually had a ticket...err....I mean sponsorship...

Where was I?? I thought in Vegas, but seeing all the people I missed, I'm beginning to wonder. :unsure:

We were at the circle bar around midnight and it was the most crowded that I'd seen it. A lot of people DIDN'T go to the PB.

Room to walk and get drinks. Not a bunch of gangsters who don't
even run web sites there like usual...

Nothing against gangsters but it's nice to know almost all the people
you're looking at actually do something in the industry.

I saw Ron Levi sitting next to a bush outside. That was the highlight
of my night!
