Just wanted to say it was great meeting everyone I did. Had an awesome time on my first visit to Las Vegas. Hope that everyone has or will make it home safely. Had some great moments and a few funny pictures will follow.

It was chilly all last week. My parents leave to go to Vegas on Friday and it warms right up. Beautiful high 70's all weekend.
Just before the folks came back Monday night, the temp dropped 30 damn degrees and it's just gotten colder since.
There's snow on my deck right now! In southeast Virginia!
It's pretty but damn it's cold...

I'm fine. Since my house is basically built into a mountain, there's a 2X2 wood platform from the driveway and then wood stairs to the wood deck. Needless to say, exposed wood/water/-32 is NOT good combination. The only real damage was the jug of milk that got punctured. :(

It hurt for a few minutes, but I've broken enough bones and hit enough windshields head on where this was considered yet another daily event in the life of Ms. Accident Prone. B)

I just wanted to sleep in my own bed, with my own feather pillows and my own snoring pugs. :okthumb:
