Brad.. I told you I could work that weight off of you in a flash and I know just as much as the guys on the queer eye show now, just needed about a week of shopping and I would have you looking great.

Heck I taught Buff how to buy shoes in Montreal !! Remember it does not matter if it hurts as long as it looks good !

I had a personal trainer last year. Too expensive though so I had to stop - but I admit it worked.

Brad, not everybody looks good with a bald head.

Go for a transplant. You look like you have thick
hair. Keep it! Bald heads get cold. You have
other options.

Where can we find your wedding pictures? :okthumb:

most personal trainers are overpaid baffons...that say nice things to people who pay them waaaay too much money.

wanna get in shape - go here... http://69.50.209.63/forum/index.php

check out what someone who actually knows what they're doing can do...personal trainers are there for people that wanna make excuses and someone to tell them it's OK - chris will get you under 180 in a month to 6 weeks and put some muscle on you while doing it.

he's the top when it comes to diet/training - period.

quick edit - if you can't follow the general idea of the diet he'll put you on:
steak/eggs...chicken, turkey, beef, fish, rice, veggies, potatoes - you aren't ever gonna be in shape - you'll be eating more than you ever did before & losing fat at the same time. Very few people impress me about anything - he does.

best of luck -
aeon

Motivation is very important and a good trainer can help you on this.

You obviously have the drive to succeed in business, why not harnes the drive to succeed in health ?

If you need someone telling you to do it, when he's no longer around you will just revert to old habits.

I had a personal trainer come to my house and work me out 3 times a week for over two years. I got in great shape, built up some muscle, but I did NOT lose weight.

The key to losing weight is to EAT LESS.

Sorry, there is no other answer.

I thought I could eat everything I wanted as long as I worked out.
It doesn't work that way.

You have to work out AND eat less.

Or, just eat less.

You will lose weight by eating less even if you don't exercise at all.
